Service desk engineer (40 hours)

You think and work from the business perspective and you know how to convince your environment of the benefit that Ezilly offers. You will join the service desk, which handles a wide range of IT activities. You understand your role within this team of specialists and translate this into efficient and effective action.  

You mainly focus on the wishes of clients and translate these into technical solutions.  

 

Tasks and responsibilities

• Handling all IT requests and incidents (tickets) from 9 different countries to the Service desk

• Identity Access Control

• Hardware and software installations (client and server)

• 1st and 2nd line response to incidents

• Cybersecurity monitoring: Darktrace (network), Trustwave SEG (email), Sophos (endpoint)

• You make your own schedule, based on priorities

• On call service (minimum 1 week per month)

 

Work experience and education

• At least a completed MBO-4 education (ICT)

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Windows client + server OS, Active Directory, Exchange,  

Office 365.

• Experience with hardware, software, networks, switches, modems, firewalls and TCP/IP

• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing

• Communicative strong and stress resistant
